Child Safety Policy

  • Any attempt to upload, share, request, advertise, or facilitate child sexual exploitation material is strictly prohibited.

Users must not use XXXPenguin to distribute links, contact information, or other materials intended to facilitate child sexual exploitation, access to child sexual abuse material, or related unlawful activity.

XXXPenguin prohibits any attempt to normalize, justify, or promote sexual activity involving minors. Such behavior is not acceptable under any circumstances.

Age Restrictions

XXXPenguin is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Users must confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement before accessing adult content on XXXPenguin.

Where required by applicable law, users may be required to complete additional age assurance measures before accessing adult content.

XXXPenguin does not permit minors to upload content, create accounts, or access adult material on the platform.

Users who fail to meet applicable age requirement will be denied access to XXXPenguin and its services. Any associated accounts may be suspended or terminated. Where additional age assurance measures are required, users who fail to complete the required process may also be denied access.

Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors

XXXPenguin prohibits any attempt to use the platform to facilitate the exploitation of minors, including grooming, soliciting, coercing, or otherwise attempting to engage minors in sexual activity.

Accounts involved in such activity may be immediately restricted or terminated, and information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by applicable laws.

Content Creator Responsibilities

Verified content creators who upload or publish content on XXXPenguin are required to complete an identity and age verification process before they are permitted to publish content on the platform.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that all individuals appearing in the content they upload are adults and that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to publish such content.

XXXPenguin reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate creator accounts that fail to satisfy applicable verification requirements or otherwise violate this Policy or our Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, publish, submit, or otherwise make available through XXXPenguin complies with this Policy, our Terms of Service, our other policies, and all applicable laws.

Users must not upload, share, request, promote, distribute, or otherwise facilitate content involving the sexual exploitation of minors or any other prohibited child safety content.

Users who become aware of content or activity that may violate this Policy are encouraged to report it promptly using our Content Removal Request form or by emailing support@xxxpenguin.com

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in content removal, account restrictions, account suspension, account termination, or other appropriate enforcement actions.

Preventing Child Exploitation

XXXPenguin uses a combination of moderation procedures, user reporting mechanisms, and safety processes designed to identify, review, and respond to potential child safety violations.

Our child safety measures include:

  • Reviewing reports submitted by users and other parties
  • Reviewing flagged or potentially violating content
  • Applying moderation procedures to identify and remove prohibited content
  • Taking action against accounts involved in child safety violations
  • Regularly reviewing and improving our safety procedures

Reports involving potential child sexual exploitation are treated as a priority and reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible.

Enforcement Actions

Enforcement actions taken under this Policy may also be carried out in accordance with our Terms of Service and other applicable platform policies.

Cooperation With Authorities

XXXPenguin cooperates with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable laws.

Information relating to users, accounts, or content may be disclosed where required or permitted through appropriate legal processes, including valid court orders, warrants, or other legally binding requests.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you believe content on XXXPenguin involves a minor or otherwise violates this Policy, please report it immediately.

Reports may be submitted through our Content Removal Request form or by emailing support@xxxpenguin.com

When submitting a report, please provide as much information as possible, including:

  • The URL of the content
  • Usernames or account information involved
  • Screenshots or other supporting information, where appropriate
  • A description of why you believe the content violates this Policy

    • Reports involving potential child safety issues are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible.

False or Malicious Reports

XXXPenguin.com encourages visitors to report genuine child safety concerns.

Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or malicious reports may result in account restrictions or other appropriate enforcement action.

Good-faith reports will not result in penalties solely because an investigation determines that no violation occurred.

Record Keeping

XXXPenguin.com maintains records relating to child safety reports, investigations, and enforcement actions where necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect users, and enforce our policies.

Information relating to user accounts, activity, reports, and investigations is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
